I’m having a Tiny Prints giveaway for holiday cards. Go enter!

Thanksgiving week. I’m thankful for all of the blessings I have, and thankful that this week is over.

Nov. 18

We took some pictures for Christmas cards. They’re pretty cute (this one, though adorable, is not in the running).

Nov. 19

Erv hasn’t been feeling well this week.

Nov. 20

Henry INSISTED on wearing his yellow striped tie with his plaid shirt on Monday. The colors were not even remotely complementary, but I could not talk him out of it.

Nov. 21

I spent the morning and afternoon with T.’s mom, helping her pick out the kids’ Christmas gifts. We did some major damage, but not to my blood pressure (because it wasn’t my money).

Nov. 22

My mom and I got up early on Thanksgiving Day to run/walk a 5K. It was humbling, and served as a push to set goals for next year.

Then I hosted our first ever gluten free Thanksgiving dinner at noon and we decorated for Christmas. Because that’s how we do it, you guys.

Nov. 23

Erv (I think) was starting to feel a little better. Still snot-covered, but at least smiling. Oh, and I discovered that he LOVES my cranberry sauce (which I forgot to serve on Thanksgiving).

Nov. 24

I got to get out of the house and spend some time with my favorite Mama Mash, for sushi, and wandering without kids. It was good for the soul, I tell you. There’s a great picture of both of us drunk on freedom, but I believe it’ll be over at her place. So, here I am, alone and drunk on freedom.

What did you do this week?
