It’s almost quiet here while Henry’s at school. I’m eating tomato soup in my too big maternity leggings, while Ivy steals my crackers and whines. I thought this would be a good time to try to finish my post about Worlds of Fun (which we went to almost two weeks ago now)….hopefully this will be the grand finale.

There were a lot of girls in pink.

This train was one of the two rides that Essie could ride on (the other was the big carousel with daddy). They said that as long as she could walk, she could ride the train.

Look! All three of my kids in one picture! This was the big train that went around the park. The ride didn’t seem as long as it used to, but Henry really liked it.

This carousel was quite a hit with all of the kids. Henry rode on the bench (he called it the “coach”) and the girls rode on horses. I sat with Henry and got dizzy.

If you look closely, you can see me and two of my nieces on the closest seat, and my mom and the big two right behind us. What’s this thing called? My brain just shut down. It’s the thing goes up really, really high so you can see all of the crazy roller coasters.

This was our family after several hours of walking around. But hey, it’s all of us!
We went to Waffle House to eat afterward. That’s all I’ll say about that. Except that this is the hat that Henry picked out for his WOF souvenir. He called it a pirate hat. It has a rat tail. It’s a big hit around our house.

Whew. I think I can rest easier now that that post is done. Have a good Friday!
