In exactly one week, I will turn 32 years old. I think I look pretty good for 32, and Lord knows, I feel better than I have in a long time.
But, I’m also a mom of four children, one of whom celebrates his birthday less than a week after mine. So, I have to milk the birthday attention for all its worth. Know what I mean?
Probably, since my birthday falls on a Tuesday this year, it’ll be just like any other day. And since I’m the mom and primary birthday planner, nothing special will happen (that’s a challenge, babe). I’m kind of (not really) okay with that.
I am getting on in years, though, so I took the liberty of spending last Sunday afternoon/evening with my best gal pal (and #iPPP co-host herself) Mama Mash, starting the celebration early.
Aren’t we fabulous?! But someone, please. Please teach me, before I’m 33, where the front-facing camera on a phone is. PLEASE. It’s the 37th item on my birthday wish list.

Ya'll are so good looking! And silly girl, it's the camera in the top right corner. You just hit that and it flips. 33 was fantastic for me. Believe it or not, I was not even pregnant with my first yet. Wow, you're going to be one hot young mama when your kiddos are older 🙂

BAHAHA! I was frantically looking right to left to find it as well, right before you snapped the shot. And it totally didn't register that was supposed to count as a birthday celebration because it was STILL SEPTEMBER.
We'll be celebrating you a little late, but definitely celebrating! (Along with donkeys and cows and pumpkins.) See you the 13th!
I know we didn't actually *mention* my birthday that day, but I wasn't sure if I'd see you anytime closer to it! And we talked about it on twitter,so I was going with it. 🙂
You guys are totally cute! Looks like you had fun! P.s. My hubs is the same way. My birthday is in July, I'll be 35 next year. I've already told him that there WILL be a party. I will not be disappointed like I was for the 30th.
But, I digress, Happy Early Birthday!! Enjoy every last minute of it!

Front facing camera is at the top right hand corner on the Iphone, took me awhile to figure it out. I'm 31 for a few more months, so you will have to let me know how 32 is.
I have an android, but I found it on the top left! Yay! I have a feeling that 32 will feel exactly the same as 31, which felt the same as 30…

My birthday is exactly 5 weeks after yours and I took my birthday, the day before and the day after off work. So there 😉
You should come hang with us! We'd have a blast! If I worked, I'd totally take at least the day off. Go you for taking three! But what I want to know is, who's going to come take over here next Tuesday while I'm out partying??

It's on the top left of my android, top right of the iphone (apparently)! And THANK YOU. You're too kind. I started with the babies at 25 and just kept on until 30. Wow….four kids in five years? I guess I had just turned 25 when I had Henry, so….5 and a half? Sheesh.
I just look somewhere at the top of the phone. Irishman and I always end up looking different directions and somehow I am the one that ends up looking slightly crosseyed. How does that happen?! Happy birthday to you!! Live it loud for sure and celebrate every chance you get!

I love that picture of you two – it looks like you're having so much fun! My phone doesn't even have a forward facing camera, and I only take crappy pictures when I try to turn the phone around and aim it correctly. The #iPPP post I didn't get around to last week was going to be about kids being born with the ability to take good pictures that way because Jenny does it all the time. Maybe next week 🙂
Oh, I'd love to read that! The last phone I had didn't either, and I always had to take five pictures to get one decent one. Ha!

I, too, am the primary birthday party planner and it seems that my birthday gets the shaft every single year no matter what I say. Guess it's another "perk" of being a mom?
