If you’re reading this, it means we are deep into a family trip to San Antonio, and skipping out on Thanksgiving entirely.

But, I can’t let the holiday pass by without taking a minute to contemplate all that I have to be thankful for this year.

I’m thankful that I have the opportunity to stay home with my kids and go to a Thanksgiving skit in the middle of the day.

“Big and brave, big and brave.”

I’m thankful for my entire family, both blood and marriage, immediate and extended. Especially my parents. They’re amazing, loving, patient, supportive people, and I’m so lucky to be their daughter.

I’m thankful for my husband’s job and all of the things that it allows us to have (like my daily Pumpkin Spice K-cup, our giant Suburban and all the diapers that we need).

I’m thankful for my friends in real life that are there when I need them, and the friends in Internet-land that make me laugh and cry and allow me to rant when I’m on the verge of explosion.

I’m thankful for my jewelry business. It allows me to stay home with the kids, but also to get out of the house and have some adult conversation when I need it (because I always need it). And it’s the funnest job this girly-girl could ask for.

I’m thankful for our four healthy, happy kids with their ENORMOUS personalities.

I’m thankful for my lovely love, T. I couldn’t make it through these days with these big personalities without him.

I’m thankful for you, my readers. And because I’m so thankful, I’m giving one of you a very special Not Enough Patience and Never Enough Jewelry coffee mug!
