I have absolutely lost all motivation.
Not just for running, which I’ve done twice in the last three months, but for all physical activity apparently.
I’m kind of an all or nothing gal. In order to keep up with a program, I need to do it several times a week and hold myself accountable. The problem with that is that I often get burned out and quit entirely after several months.
Of course, during those months, I feel fantastic and have more energy (which is something I seriously lack most days). But since losing the bulk of my baby weight, it’s much, much harder for me to see results, even with the consistency and time I put in.
And right now, I’m working a part time job that while it doesn’t take up a lot of hours, takes up a lot of the hours that the big kids are in school.
It’s a vicious cycle. So what’s a girl to do?
