School started in the middle of this week (!!!) and we survived. That’s all I have to say about that.

It was my niece’s birthday and she was baptized at church, so I took my four to celebrate her.

It was as gorgeous day for rocket launching. With a Thor hammer.

First day of school! Erv and I were left behind.

Aug. 14

Second day of school, kindergarten style.

Aug. 15

Third day of school, Friday, allll the exhaustion.

Aug. 16

This is a game Ervin made up called “house in a while.” You stand somewhere with your arm out until the person that is It comes and touches your hand. Then you move to a new spot and do it again. It’s pretty rad and he was pretty excited that the girls and I were willing to play with him. “Y’anna pway house in a while?” How could you resist?
