It’s Christmas Eve Eve and I don’t have a single present wrapped. Hopefully, I can change that after the kids go to bed. Otherwise, tomorrow is going to be a long day.

Dec. 16

We had some of the kids’ aunts and uncles visit last weekend, and with them came new pajamas from Nana and Papa. I love this picture.

We also went to Union Station with them and saw Santa and his holiday Express train.

Dec. 17

The Es got to spend some time with Aunt Ginny and her fiance, Vic (Henry’s new personal Minecraft hero) after the big two went to school. (How is it fair that she looks so good in the morning?)

Dec. 18

This face. (Yeah, even covered in chili.)

Dec. 19

Because I just didn’t have enough to do this week, I added a sewing project to the mix. I got the seat belt pillows done, though! (And Jenn, the kids LOVE them!)

Dec. 20

It was supposed to be Polar Express Day (a movie, donuts, pajamas) in kindergarten and first grade, but instead it was snowstorm and crazy winds day, so school was cancelled. There were still movies, donuts, and pajamas, though.

Dec. 21

Friday was the day that ALL THE THINGS happened. I have some actual real-camera photos from our weekend, but we are in a state of partial-unpacking and I don’t actually know where my camera is. So, here’s a picture of the gluten free treat I made for Ivy’s class party (Skinny Pop popcorn, gluten free pretzel sticks, mini marshmallows and plain M&Ms. Yummy and too easy to qualify as homemade, I’m sure.)

Dec. 22

A long, exhausting, but super fun day at the Great Wolf Lodge with T.’s parents. There was gift opening, LOTS of swimming, crafting in the Cub  Club, arcade visits, dinner out, and storytime that ended with ANOTHER visit with Santa. This time, though? Erv was the one that was SO excited to see the old man. He ran to him, chatted, pointed. It was adorable. The boy does love his grandpas, and Santa is the ultimate grandpa.

Merry Christmas, y’all!
